Hands On and Hands Down:
Guinot in Central will definally win with their great specials and their amazing and luxurious facials and super relaxing body scrub. A facial will cost you round 1200 bht for 75 mins and the body scrub 1500 bht for 90 mins (includes a body scub; oil massage and lotion application) And if thats not enough to want to go; they serve the BEST ginger tea.

Hands In:
Also in central is BKK Nail Spa. They do a great mani and pedi for about 900 bht and also are really experiace with gels and acrilics. They have a creative range for you for  to choose from. A really nice and welcoming bunch of ladies. The atmoshephere is peaceful and the music is great!
Also a great lady for nails is Kung the Nail Lady. She does an absolutely amazing job! If you want her details contact me for more information.

Good Hair day:
The lack of GHD's and Redken in Thailand leave much to be desired on the hair front but central festival has 2 great places for hair. De Beaute and Clips and Curls. Both great and they speak decent english. Although I would recommend De Beaute as a a great facility!

Great work out and Great Feeling:
California Wow and thier Hotty instructors and personal trainers are ready to whip you into shape!
Classes range from body combat; body balance; fitness; yoda; hot yoga and a modern gyming environment. Its really great!

WARNING AREA'S
If you want great looking hair....DONT go to Palida's Salon on 2nd rd. Where they wash your hair in a bucket.....yes.....a bucket! Also...she doesnt really know what shes doing.

The Blind massage people. They give you an unwanted fingering....yes....yes they do. Complete invasion of your...um..... private bits....
